Abstract: With the formal entry into force of the Marrakesh Treaty in China, the rights of visually impaired groups to access cultural services will be better protected. This paper reviews the research progress of the services for visually impaired groups in public libraries at home and abroad, analyzes the impact of the Marrakesh Treaty on the service for visually impaired groups in public libraries, sums up the problems of visually impaired group services in public libraries, and puts forward suggestions on improving the services for visually impaired groups in public libraries in China.
