中小学教师信息素养影响因素的元人种志分析

Influencing Factors of Information Literacy of Primary and Secondary School Teachers Based on Meta-ethnography

摘要: 采用定性分析方法元人种志对25项原始研究进行综合集成,提出中小学教师信息素养影响因素集,包括个人层面、学校层面、社会层面三个维度的影响因素。其中,个人层面包括人口统计学特征、自我效能感、认知风格、情感因素;学校层面包括信息化环境、教育培训、评价激励制度、文化氛围;社会层面包括政策制度和区域经济环境。通过探讨不同层面的因素对中小学教师信息素养产生的不同影响,以及各影响因素之间的相互作用,丰富了教师信息素养研究成果,为提升中小学教师信息素养提供理论支撑。

Abstract: The qualitative analysis method of meta-ethnography is used to comprehensively integrate 25 original studies, and a collection of influencing factors of information literacy of primary and secondary school teachers is proposed, including the influencing factors of individual level, school level and social level.Among them, the individual level includes demographic characteristics, self-efficacy, cognitive style and emotional factors;the school level includes information environment, education and training, evaluation and incentive systems, and cultural atmosphere;the social level includes policy system and regional economic environment.By exploring the indifferent levels of factors that have different effects on the information literacy of primary and secondary school teachers, and the interaction between the various influencing factors, so as to enrich the research results of teachers′ information literacy and provide theoretical support for improving the information literacy of primary and secondary school teachers.
