Abstract: "Regional culture+short video" service is an innovative approach of public libraries in promoting culture and tourism integration.This paper investigates the current status of short video account operation and classification management of provincial public libraries, and points out the following problems:insufficient attention is paid to short video;the label is non-featured, and short video presenting regional culture has not been recognized;insufficient integration with tourism,and regional culture has not played its due value.Based on the above cognition, the development suggestions are proposed from three dimensions:improving the business management system and establishing the service business framework;constructing a resource guarantee system around the regional culture and tourism brand;understanding the rules of short video production and exploring the best expression mode.
