Abstract: The grass-roots libraries in minority areas are characterized by remote region, underdeveloped economy, special customs and culture, and their development has particularity.Taking the Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture Library as an example, this paper introduces the development status of grass-roots libraries in local minority areas, analyzes the problems of that, and puts forward countermeasures for the development of grass-roots libraries in minority areas under the background of rural revitalization, so as to play the multiple functions of that to help rural revitalization.
