Abstract: On the basis of clarifying the definitions of accessible format materials and authorized entities,this study introduces the necessity of clarifying the scope of authorized entities and their rights and obligations.And taking the Library Law,Disability Welfare Law,and Copyright Law of South Korea as the object to analyze the current situation and problems of legal protection for authorized entities of accessible format materials in South Korea from three perspectives: the recognition and rights and obligations of authorized entities,the service recipients of authorized entities,and the coordination and protection mechanism of authorized entities.Combining with relevant Chinese legal provisions to propose suggestions for improving the legal protection mechanism.
